Focus: The Color Monster wakes up feeling confused, mixed up, and multicolored! With the help of a kind friend, he learns to separate his feelings and put each one into its own special jar. This unit focuses on the logic of emotional categorization. Children learn that all feelings are okay, but that separating and naming them helps our brains and bodies feel calm, orderly, and understood.
